How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and typically processed within 7-10 business days. We’re here to help! If you have any questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are available if:
o You have not yet had your blood drawn, and
o Your cancellation occurs within six months of the purchase date.
Cancellation Fee
A $15 cancellation fee applies to all refunds to cover processing costs. This fee will be deducted from your refunded amount.
Expired Orders and Credits
If your order is not canceled within six months, any unused orders will expire. In this case, you may be eligible for a credit that can be applied to a future order. We’re happy to work with you to ensure you get the most out of your purchase.
